Yes, it's the same piece. But, the first was for a height reference I suppose. And, also yes, some of the stripes are missing the black lining, and no, don't look to close 'cuz it's not touched up yet as far as the paint job. However, despite the imperfections, hopefully we are all starting to get more of the picture?
